How can I place an order?

If you want to buy any of our products, click on "Add to Cart" once you have selected the size and color of the product you want. To finish the order, click on the basket that you will find in the upper right corner of the screen. You will access an order overview, where you can enter your delivery and billing address, choose the payment method you want and complete your order.

 

How can I make sure I made my purchase correctly?

If you are registered, you will be able to see your order in your account and its status that will appear as completed. Also, once the purchase process is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase.

 

How can track of my order?

You will receive several emails when your order changes state. Furthermore, if you are registered and you will always be able to see the status of your order in your account.

 

Can I add or change products in my order?

If your order has a "----------" or "---------" status,  you will still be able to make changes. When the order appears as “completed,” we will no longer be able to make any changes to it.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has a "----------" or "---------" status,  you will be able to cancel your order.  When the order appears as “completed,” we can no longer recover the package. As soon as you get it, you will be able to return the package.

 

What size should I order?

Check the size guide to choose yours; you will also find it above the size selector. There, you will find instructions and tips to choose the size that best suits you.

 

I have a promotional coupon, how do I use it?

Make your purchase in the usual way and in the overview of the purchase you will see a box to enter your coupon, write it in there and click on "apply coupon." Make sure the coupon has been applied to before making the payment.

 

I cannot add a product to the basket.

If you cannot add a specific size and color to the basket, it is because there is no stock available for that item. You can leave your email in the box below and click on "Notify me when available" and we will notify you by email when it becomes available again.

 

Can you let me know when an item is available again?

Yes, of course. Under the article of the size and color you want, you will see a box to enter your email, enter it and click on "Notify me when available," we will notify you by email when it becomes available again.

 

Are the prices of the online store the same as those of the physical stores?

Yes, prices are the same in any of our stores. All our prices include VAT.
