ONLINE ORDERING POLICY WITH STORE PICKUP

WARNING! Delivery times for orders placed during promotions may be altered, taking longer than normal. Sorry for the disturbances.

Orders for pick up in store are prepared in the central warehouse in Mataró and sent to the store you have requested.

They will notify you by email from the store itself when they have your order so you can pick it up.

The deadline for sending the email for collection is between 24 hours and 48 hours. from the moment of your order and depending on the store selected.

Order Tracking

  • Once the purchase is completed you will receive an email with confirmation and order details.
  • When the shipment is in the selected store, you will receive an email from the store itself indicating that you can now pick up your order.

  • These are the emails according to the store you have selected.

Important: until you receive the direct confirmation email from the store, your order will not be available for collection.
