You can return any product within 30 days of purchase.
You will need an order number or invoice, save it.
A change or return of a used or washed product will not be accepted.
Nor will be any changes or returns of underwear whose original wrapping has been opened.
Fill out the return form you have received along with the package; it is inside. Follow the instructions. Here is a summary:
If you have received a wrong product, we deeply apologize. Send us an email to email@example.com. We will contact you to arrange the collection and send you the right item.
If you believe that your item has a factory defect, send us several photos to firstname.lastname@example.org where the defect is appreciated, along with your name and order number or invoice and a brief explanation of the defect detected. We will value your case, and we will contact you. In case it is a manufacturing defect we will manage the collection and send you a new garment.
