How can I return an item?

Fill out the return form you have received along with the package; it is inside. Follow the instructions. Here is a summary:

Prepare a package with the items you want to return.

Fill in the form and put it inside the package.

Then, send it to Hoko (the address you will find the address on the same form). You can choose the method you prefer, the costs and management will be at your expense.

When your package arrives in Hoko, we will check the state of the product (check the return rules), if everything is correct we will proceed to refund the money to the account from which you made the payment within 48 hours after the receipt of the package.

 

How can I make a change?

Fill in the form and put it inside the package.

Then, send it to Hoko (the address you will find the address on the same form). You can choose the method you prefer, the costs and management will be at your expense.

When your package arrives in Hoko, we will check the state of the product (check the return rules). If everything is correct, we will proceed to make the change within 24 hours after receiving the package. Changes are subject to stock, if we do not have the model, size or color, we will contact you to find a solution.

Finally, we will send you the change; we will take care of the costs and management of the shipment. You will receive the same tracking emails as for when you made the first purchase. You can always check the status of the account from your client account.

 

What are the rules of change or return of items?

You can change or return any product within 30 days of purchase. You will need an order number or invoice, save it.

A change or return of a used or washed product will not be accepted.

Nor will be any changes or returns of underwear whose original wrapping has been opened.


How long does it take to process a return?

When we get the package, once the content has been checked and everything is correct, we will make the payment in the following 48h from its reception. The time of refund of a credit card, transfer or a PayPal account always depends on your bank.

 

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same payment method with which you made your purchase.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

If you believe that your item has a factory defect, send us several photos to info@hokosport.com where the defect is appreciated, along with your name and order number or invoice and a brief explanation of the defect detected. We will value your case, and we will contact you. In case it is a manufacturing defect we will manage the collection and send you a new garment.

 

What do I do if an incorrect item arrives?

If you have received a wrong product, we deeply apologize. Send us an email to info@hokosport.com or call us at [________________]. We will contact you to arrange the collection and send you the right item.
