Store Pickup Order Policy


 

ONLINE ORDER CLICK & COLLECT POLICY

NOTICE! Delivery times for orders placed during promotions may be affected, taking longer than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Click & collect orders are prepared at our central warehouse in Mataró and shipped to the store you have selected.

The store itself will notify you via email once your order is ready for you to pick up. 

The timeframe for receiving the pickup email is between 48 and 72 hours from the moment you place your order, depending on the selected store.

Order tracking

  • Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and details.
  • When the shipment arrives at the selected store, you will receive an email from the store itself indicating that your order is ready for pickup.

  • These are the email addresses based on the store you have selected.

Important: your order will not be available for pickup until you receive the confirmation email directly from the store.
