A real alternative to the ice bath: It offers the same thermal shock and muscle relief as an ice water immersion, but without getting wet, without preparing ice cubes, and without suffering the violent impact on your skin.

Full lower body coverage: Its 3D framework distributes cold capsules across the entire surface of the quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, soleus, and glutes.

Combined compression + cryotherapy: Unlike being submerged or lying down, it adds light perimeter compression that helps drain and promote venous return while the cold takes effect.

Total freedom of movement: You can sit, walk around the house, or rest comfortably during the application without losing effectiveness or having the capsules shift.

Guaranteed skin protection: The low thermal conductivity of polypropylene acts as a barrier, allowing the cold to penetrate progressively without the risk of burns or direct damage to the skin.

Usage tips

Pre-freezing: Store the garment inside its protective bag in the freezer for at least 3 hours before using it.

Application time: Keep the ankle support on for between 15 and 25 minutes. This is the optimal interval during which KUBI retains its maximum cooling capacity and the cryotherapy fulfills its therapeutic function.

Reusable and ready for the next one: Once the session is finished, store it back in the freezer next to the peas. It will be ready and frozen for the next time you need it.

It is the ultimate solution for:

  • Post-activity of maximum intensity and volume: Ideal for use immediately after marathons, ultras, long trail runs, demanding matches, or intense sessions. It acts directly on the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves to curb the inflammatory process and accelerate tissue regeneration.
  • A comfortable replacement for contrast baths or ice immersion: Perfect for those seeking the thermal shock effect and post-exercise vasoconstriction, but who prefer a clean, dry, and comfortable method that allows you to sit on the sofa or move around the house while the cold does its work.
Composition and care

Garment fabric: 70% Polypropylene, 30% Elastomer.

Cold units: These are bullet-shaped water capsules. If a unit were to break due to extreme use or an accident, only a couple of drops of water would come out.

Pre-freezing: Store the garment inside its protective bag in the freezer for at least 3 hours before use.

Application time: Keep the knee brace on for between 15 and 25 minutes. This is the optimal interval during which HIZA retains its cooling capacity and cryotherapy fulfills its therapeutic function. In this regard, always follow the time recommendations of your doctor or physical therapist.

If you want to wash it, it should be submerged in warm soapy water and, once rinsed, laid out flat to dry. Once dry, store and use as normal.
