How to care for your Hoko garments so they last much longer
Hoko garments, by definition, are very durable, but like everyone else, they like to be cared for.
It's important to keep in mind that our fabrics are made with polypropylene yarn and colored microfiber. This prevents fading or pilling due to wear and tear. However, you should be careful with high temperatures, whether in the wash, in the dryer, or with the iron, as these can damage the garment by shrinking it or even unraveling the fabric.
For optimal washing, we recommend washing any hoko garment in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40º. No fabric softener is required. Hang it up and you'll see that it dries much faster than you imagine.

To quickly know which is the front of the mesh or the front part, you just have to look at where the logo is; it should always be on the front of the left leg.
It's important to fit the garment properly, especially around the groin area, to prevent pouches and chafing, especially with the SENSEI model.
They should be put on from the bottom and gradually raised up both legs, thus distributing the fabric so that it fits properly throughout. Fig. 1. If you pull up the tights like pants, you'll leave half of the tights on the middle of your legs, and it will feel like they're not your size. Fig. 2.
Remember that we work the fabric specifically to provide compression in each of our products. This doesn't mean the compression should be tight or uncomfortable. Instead, you should notice the tight mesh and your muscles supported. This will help you recover properly and prevent possible muscle injuries.

When we say our clothes have memory, we mean that after each wash, the fabric returns to its original position as long as it has been properly used and cared for.
That is why we recommend that you open the weft of the stitch with both arms every time you put it on to relax the fabric as shown in Fig. 1.
Once you've put on the sleeves, avoid excessive tugging at the armpits and cuffs if you want a snug fit and the garment to do its job of keeping your body warm. Fig. 2

Like all Hoko products, excellent quality and impressive comfort in these cycling shorts; they fit impressively well and the chamois is very comfortable. You forget you're wearing them from minute 1. The only downside I would mention is that the leg grippers ride up a little during the ride. In any case, a fantastic product.

The quality of the fabrics is perfect, as is the fit to the body. However, I had always used the Taka model, and I decided to get this model because they were out of stock. The Taka straps are much more comfortable; the Ichigo ones have a tendency to curl up on themselves and for me they are a bit more uncomfortable. High-quality and quite comfortable cycling shorts. To be perfect, the sizes should be more generous, as in my opinion the sizing is too small. This problem also happens with jerseys, tights, t-shirts...
Wonderful cycling shorts in terms of both comfort and fit. I use them for both mountain biking and indoor cycling. They are of great quality and are the Hoko garment I value most precisely for their quality/price ratio. Highly recommended. In case it helps, I weigh 62 kilos, am 1.70 cm tall, and wear a size M in these shorts.

The best cycling shorts I have ever worn
Very good bib shorts, on par with or better than specialized brands. The chamois is very, very good, comfortable, and durable, maintaining its properties over the long term. The fabric is also very resistant and wicks sweat away quickly. Since I tried the first one—and I've bought three now—I haven't bought bib shorts from specialized brands again; it's not worth it. For price and quality, these are BETTER.

3 rides and very comfortable, the chamois is very good, 3.5-hour route and no discomfort, the lycra breathes well
In fact, this is the second one I've had. The first one is only two weeks old. I used it for a 4-day route and another two-day one. Absolutely delighted! That's why I bought another one. I find the chamois very good and I thought the fabric would make me hot, but I've worn it in high temperatures and it didn't bother me at all. Highly recommended!

The value for money is very good. I've tested it on 4-hour rides and although I don't think the chamois has gel or anything special, I get home without any discomfort or chafing. With other bib shorts from other brands at double the price, I don't have the same feeling of comfort. I've tested it in temperatures of 5-10 degrees and it doesn't feel cold like regular lycra does. On very hot summer days, I don't know how it will perform because the fabric seems a bit thick, but based on people's comments, I think it will be fine too
