How to care for your Hoko garments so they last much longer
Hoko garments, by definition, are very durable, but like everyone else, they like to be cared for.
It's important to keep in mind that our fabrics are made with polypropylene yarn and colored microfiber. This prevents fading or pilling due to wear and tear. However, you should be careful with high temperatures, whether in the wash, in the dryer, or with the iron, as these can damage the garment by shrinking it or even unraveling the fabric.
For optimal washing, we recommend washing any hoko garment in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40º. No fabric softener is required. Hang it up and you'll see that it dries much faster than you imagine.

To quickly know which is the front of the mesh or the front part, you just have to look at where the logo is; it should always be on the front of the left leg.
It's important to fit the garment properly, especially around the groin area, to prevent pouches and chafing, especially with the SENSEI model.
They should be put on from the bottom and gradually raised up both legs, thus distributing the fabric so that it fits properly throughout. Fig. 1. If you pull up the tights like pants, you'll leave half of the tights on the middle of your legs, and it will feel like they're not your size. Fig. 2.
Remember that we work the fabric specifically to provide compression in each of our products. This doesn't mean the compression should be tight or uncomfortable. Instead, you should notice the tight mesh and your muscles supported. This will help you recover properly and prevent possible muscle injuries.

When we say our clothes have memory, we mean that after each wash, the fabric returns to its original position as long as it has been properly used and cared for.
That is why we recommend that you open the weft of the stitch with both arms every time you put it on to relax the fabric as shown in Fig. 1.
Once you've put on the sleeves, avoid excessive tugging at the armpits and cuffs if you want a snug fit and the garment to do its job of keeping your body warm. Fig. 2

Perfect garment
I like the leggings because I feel relief from heaviness when I put them on, but I'm not entirely satisfied because by the end of the day they squeeze my ankles and hurt.
Maximum comfort and it really relieves leg heaviness during runs. The fabric quality is very good

Excellent compression for women with Lipedema who practice running
I have had surgery for Lipedema and I have to use compression stockings, which was very unpleasant for exercising. With Hoko leggings, I can do without them during my training and they give me the support I need. 100% recommended. Something I miss is that for those of us who have pets, we would need a fabric that doesn't attract hair, but with the same performance they have now.
I love them. They provide support and you feel the compression, but they allow you to move. I have even used them in the pool after my lipedema surgery. And the design is modern too.
This is the second pair of leggings I've bought from Hoko. The first was the Kobé and a few weeks ago the Chika. I use them for runs, from 5 to 12 km. They are amazing! Not only do they provide support and a feeling of firmness in the legs, but recovery after training is much faster, I suppose because of the reduced “vibration” of the tissues. Also, when I finish training, they aren't damp and there are no sweat marks. I bought size S in both cases and, wearing a size 34/36, they fit me perfectly. I just hope you release more colors soon! ❤️
They are worth it. Good compression for lipedema (without being medical compression)
They fit very well and look great. They are comfortable to wear, I like the waistband.

Excellent uniform compression.
They were recommended to me by the physical therapist where I get lymphatic drainage. I put them on when I get home and to go out for walks and shopping. They fit perfectly and perform the compression function that the physical therapist recommended to me. I will buy others shortly since I use them daily. For my next purchase, I will try to get the one that doesn't have seams in the center. Although I barely notice them, I saw that there is an option for a model without seams.

I find the tights very comfortable, the fabric is very pleasant and allows great freedom of movement without excessive compression, good product!!
Very comfortable. They are compressive but without being overwhelming. The high waist holds well and keeps them in place despite movement. I use them at the gym and for running and I am very happy with them.
The waistband rolls down after any movement, I have to pull it up every moment, otherwise they are great.
