How to care for your Hoko garments so they last much longer
Hoko garments, by definition, are very durable, but like everyone else, they like to be cared for.
It's important to keep in mind that our fabrics are made with polypropylene yarn and colored microfiber. This prevents fading or pilling due to wear and tear. However, you should be careful with high temperatures, whether in the wash, in the dryer, or with the iron, as these can damage the garment by shrinking it or even unraveling the fabric.
For optimal washing, we recommend washing any hoko garment in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40º. No fabric softener is required. Hang it up and you'll see that it dries much faster than you imagine.

To quickly know which is the front of the mesh or the front part, you just have to look at where the logo is; it should always be on the front of the left leg.
It's important to fit the garment properly, especially around the groin area, to prevent pouches and chafing, especially with the SENSEI model.
They should be put on from the bottom and gradually raised up both legs, thus distributing the fabric so that it fits properly throughout. Fig. 1. If you pull up the tights like pants, you'll leave half of the tights on the middle of your legs, and it will feel like they're not your size. Fig. 2.
Remember that we work the fabric specifically to provide compression in each of our products. This doesn't mean the compression should be tight or uncomfortable. Instead, you should notice the tight mesh and your muscles supported. This will help you recover properly and prevent possible muscle injuries.

When we say our clothes have memory, we mean that after each wash, the fabric returns to its original position as long as it has been properly used and cared for.
That is why we recommend that you open the weft of the stitch with both arms every time you put it on to relax the fabric as shown in Fig. 1.
Once you've put on the sleeves, avoid excessive tugging at the armpits and cuffs if you want a snug fit and the garment to do its job of keeping your body warm. Fig. 2

Tenía mis dudas porque estoy algo pasado de mi peso y pensaba que estaría estrecho o excesivamente ajustado. Nada más lejos de la realidad, me queda como un guante y el tacto es de lo mejor que me he puesto para ir a la montaña. Deseando que llegue el próximo invierno para ponérmelo. Eso sí, he echado de menos bastantes prendas porque no disponen de la XL.

La prenda tiene un ajuste increíble, se ciñe bien al cuerpo, el único pero en ese aspecto (al menos para mis características físicas, (talla S) es que pudiera ser un poco más larga. El tacto y la comodidad en contacto con la piel es muy bueno, nada de rozaduras. Probada con frío (temperaturas próximas a 0 grados) la prendas aporta buen grado de aislamiento, sin necesidad de ninguna otra capa, lo mismo en condiciones de lluvia fina durante poco tiempo, sin necesidad de capa impermeable. El secado es muy rápido evitando la sensación de humedad y frío. Si por circunstancias no tienes ocasión de lavarla después de uso intenso, no acumula olores. En resumen una muy buena prenda para carreras urbanas, rutas por montaña o incluso entrenamientos indoor.

Evolución de chaquetas anteriores con cremallera. La base es la misma y la experiencia muy similar. Siempre corría con ellas abrochadas, así que no tengo sensación de cambio ninguno. Buena transpiración

Como todo lo de la marca, prenda de buena calidad que te abriga en días fríos, evacúa el sudor bastante bien, no lo he probado con la capucha porque suelo llevar gorras pero parece que ajusta bien. Excepcional prenda por la mitad de precio que las marcas punteras te ofrecen, y para mi, mejor calidad que aquellas.
Una segunda capa que te regula muy bien la temperatura en dias de frío y transpira perfectamente.
